salut, netizens! my name is elliot, and i am a 16 year old aspiring computer repairman. my favorite color is green, my favorite animal is the kakapo, and my favorite fruit are mangos!! i began coding html at the beginning of my sophmore year [2023-2024], and have fallen in love with it ever since. i love all things computer related, but i especially love my ipod and my collection of laptops!!

believe it or not, this isnt actually my first neocities website. that title goes to patrick's house 9/11, a spoof website made to poke a wee bit of fun at my good friend patrick who is a ginger.

the name 'laikachannel' has a small bit of history behind it as well. while my actual name is elliot, laika has been the alias that i use online for quite some time now. [it is also the name of an awesome band!!]. the 'channel' part comes from the fact that i frequent 4chan [also known as 4channel] quite often. i know. i know. the door's over there. ive always loved the personality of forums and imageboards, being so much different then mainstream social media that we tend to gravitate towards. if you see a user by the name of 'laika-channe' on any forum or imageboard, that's probably me!!

my hobbies include knitting, drawing, soldering, fixing small electronics and audio equipment, and scrapbooking! my favorite bands are plumtree, absolutely nothing, sweet trip, hi-posi, and oscob. eventually, i would like to upload my favorite songs and hobby escapades to this very website!! stay tuned!!
